Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We send domestic packages with USPS First Class which takes about 4-7 business days within the US. You can upgrade shipping to USPS Priority Mail which takes about 2-3 days for packages to arrive.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
​
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Cinitrellas.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
​
Cintirellas.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We ship to Canada and Puerto Rico only
Orders can take up to 10 business days to process and be shipped. You will be emailed tracking information from the brand with tracking for your order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
PO Boxes
​
Orders to international P.O. Boxes will be shipped with USPS and then delivered by your local post office or other carrier. Tracking information is not available. Delivery can take up to 2-4 weeks.
Customs and Duties

General

All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost. Cintirellas.com cannot mark any package(s) as a “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees.

Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion.

Canadian Customers

GST (Goods & Services Tax) and PST (Provincial Sales Tax) vary based on the province to which your order is shipped and on its value. The duty is determined by the value of the merchandise and its place of origin.
Goods that are entirely made in the USA will be duty free, but still subject to GST/PST.
